Breakfast Club and After-School Club
Our Breakfast and After School Clubs are run by Riverbridge staff, many of whom also have roles in school during the day. In this way we are able to offer a consistency and continuity of provision, as the staff and children know each other well and share the same expectations as during the school day.
At Riverbridge Breakfast and After School Club we are committed to providing:
- A positive start and finish to the children’s day
- A safe environment, where children feel valued and welcomed
- Staff who are qualified and committed to the School ethos
A schedule of exciting and varied activities are devised for the clubs. Children can join in with the planned activities or take time to do their home learning.
Before and after school care at Riverbridge is very flexible and reasonably priced.
Breakfast Club opens at 7.35am, and we ask that parents make sure their child is in by 8.15am in order to give them time to eat breakfast (from a buffet of healthy cereals, toast, bagels, crumpets, fruit and smoothies). The cost per session is £5.
After School Club runs from 3.10pm till 6pm at a cost of £12 with a shorter session available until 4.30pm at a cost of £6. Both sessions include activities and biscuits, with the longer session including a light snack (variety of sandwiches, fruit, crudites, and yogurt). If you plan to purchase sessions using childcare vouchers, please complete this form so we can allocate your payment.
Breakfast Club and After School Club are both held at the Knowle Green Base. Access is granted via selecting 'After School Club' on the panel entry system found outside the school office.
Places for both clubs must be booked in advance by emailing the school office at office.riverbridge@lumenlearningtrust.co.uk. Once confirmed by the school office, bookings will also need to be paid for in advance via your child's Scopay account.
If you would like your child to be able to attend Breakfast Club or After School Club either regularly or from time to time, you will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions via the form below before a booking can be confirmed.
